Christof Weber has been a member of the Porterhouse Executive Committee and General Counsel since 2018. He started his career at two major international law firms in the M&A/PE area, then continued his work at Syngenta as M&A/VC in-house counsel and held a management role at a family office for several years before joining Porterhouse. After studying law in Heidelberg/Mainz and subsequently completing his legal clerkship, Christof went on to passing both state examinations. He also obtained an MBA as part of the eMBA programme of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster on the topic of M&A.

Johannes Ramöller joined Porterhouse in August 2022. Prior to joining Porterhouse, he worked in the M&A team of a Big 4, in the investment team of a family office and as an independent consultant. Johannes holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and an M.A. HSG in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.

Michael Rohr joined Porterhouse in June 2024. Previously he worked as a manager in the M&A team at KPMG in Zurich. There he advised clients on buy- and sell-side mandates as well as capital market transactions. Michael holds an M.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.

Silvan Blum joined Porterhouse in May 2019. Prior to joining Porterhouse, Silvan worked as an audit senior manager at PwC in Zurich, Lucerne and London as part of the Trade, Industries and Services team. He holds the Swiss CPA and a BSc BA from the University of Berne.

Sandra Gehrig joined Porterhouse in January 2021. Before joining Porterhouse, Sandra worked as the Head of Group Accounting & Consolidation at Hipp Group for several years and previously as Audit Manager at EY as part of the Assurance Industries team. She is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from the University of Liechtenstein.

Riana Dietrich has been part of Porterhouse since its very beginning. Previously, she worked as a team assistant and executive assistant within the company. Prior to joining Porterhouse, she worked as a receptionist and assistant in a family office. Riana holds a diploma as an Executive Assistant - Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Paralegalism.

Céline Wespi joined Porterhouse in April 2021. Before joining Porterhouse, Céline had worked in renowned hotels in Lucerne as a front office assistant manager. Most recently, she worked as a team assistant for the MBA programme at the University of St. Gallen. She holds a diploma in Management & Leadership from the Akademie in St. Gallen.
